Tube strikes London Underground
Staff from two tube stations on the London Underground are striking. An initial batch of 94 nine-car trains has been ordered at a cost of 15bn to replace 1973 Stock trains on the Piccadilly line with options for a total of 250 trains allowing replacement of all.
Action short of a strike - station closures from Friday 3 June to Sunday 10 July 2022.
